Shengli comes with broadband packs. When we pay complete money, the service and internet bandwidth we get is not same. Also there are issues in connection and they do not serve the issue immediately. They also have lots of issues and when asked the answer is to restart the router. Veru bad service and no value for money. They don't even pickup the call for the issue to be handled.

Sheng Li Telecom has taken a advance for month and are unable to live up to the service they have promised. I had applied for a 8 Mbps plan and the service is down since 5 days with no resolution. They keep telling its the setup issue and will be resolved by evening. They also promised that an engineer will visit and the connection will be restored in 2 to 4 hours. They are taking the consumes for a ride. Please help.

My net stopped functioning on 20 March and then i called the customer care 8 times on 20 March 2016. After making a complaint in the morning the customer care assistant didn't register my complaint... After calling 5 times the customer care assistant registered the complaint at 4:00 pm and still the engineer has not come for service... We face the same problem in every 2-3 days n the net stops functioning for 2-3 hours and when I complaint to the customer care they say the problem is with the satellite so we can't do anything... And more importantly these guys don't follow office hours time for customer care...
