Shiftingwale.com — 2 main product not yet delivered (whirlpool single door 5 star freeze, wakefit queen size mattress)

I am posting this review to make you all aware about this fraudster group shiftingwale.com which is a packers and movers, I am Deeply regretted after using shiftingwale.com for household relocation services.

I have booked shiftingwale.com EnquiryId/quoteId = 20461
for household relocation from Bangalore to Noida.
They promised to deliver the household within 7-10 days,
They took my household on 27th Feb 2020 and
I called several times for the status every-times they say like it will get deliver tomorrow like this they have extended more than a week. They deliver it on 15th march 2020.

Once household i received doesn't contain Freeze and Mattress.
I asked at the same time but they started saying it will deliver in 2 days,
They are so much irresponsible that they are not even able to trace my product.
Every-times when i call them, they are just giving Excuses that they are trying to find out.
Its more than 20+ days and yet to deliver my products.
I am tired of calling several times, they are stopped picking my phones as well.
