Highly disappointed and unsatisfied with ShiftingWale.com service and response. Despite multiple communications and several reminders in last couple of months to settle my claim which happened due to breakage during shifting and also 1 item is missing (Carton with exclusive and premium handbags & Clothes, approx 12+ in numbers). No action has yet been taken.
Only fake promises were being made so far. I have all the calls recorded from the beginning.
And above all, since the last month entire shifting wale team has stopped responding to calls.
Which pushed me to write this review and lodge a complaint.
I have spoken to below members regarding my claim settlement, who were also involved in the transportation of my Goods from Noida to Goa :
Ms. Shruti
Mr. Vishal
Mr. Santosh
Mr. Rawat
Despite sharing pictures of damage that happened during transportation and giving information about the lost carton box, nor my compensation is yet settled and neither the lost box is found. I have shared pictures on official no. of Shifting Wale i.e., +91-[protected].
Details of compensation that is being asked:
AC outer unit valves damaged, Gas leaked due to breakage of valve and copper pipe damaged - INR 12000
Samsung 43” LED TV Screen Damaged - INR 23000
Phillips Standing Garment Steamer broken - INR 7000
4 Burner Gas stove pipes and valves damaged due to miss handling - INR 3000
Crockery damaged (glassware) - INR 5000
Furniture, Mattress and Baby Walker Damage due to miss handling - INR 12000
Lost Carton with exclusive handbags collection and clothes costing over INR xxxxxx
Also when I mentioned I am from a reputed family and I am going to take legal action.
Mr. Vishal quoted (Shifting Wale.com staff), he has already served an imprisonment for 6 months.
So they try to threaten you.
Mr. Rawat owner was so nice and promising initially and later he turned upside down. He turned out to be arrogant, rude and rough in talking.
I have all the recordings with me.
I need my compensation for the damage that happened and the carton that is lost.
I request everyone do not fall in the trap of promises and generous behaviour of the shiftingwale.com, they are fake and give you below grade services.

They took the car from Panchkula and we paid the amount in full on 14th Dec and they picked up the car.
They kept delaying it week by week, and the car is not delivered till date.
They said the car is in Hyderabad since 30th Dec, but there is no coordination between the delivery guys.
Staff in Hyderabad is saying they have not received payment from the office so they will not deliver and we don't know where the car is.
Now Hyderabad staff is saying they do not have the car. Talk to the guy who delivered the car from Gurgaon.
It should not be the duty of the customer to follow up with each and every party involved in between. Eventually they have stopped picking up the calls.

I need the car delivered - as it is was picked.

I have booked my Household goods from delhi to jabalpur on 2 April.through shiftingwale but still today i didn't receive my household goods. Shiftingwale commited me they will deliver my scooty within 7-8 days at my jabalpur address address but still i have not received, how i can receive my household goods at my home address..they are fraud ... fraud company worst company

I booked a bike tronsport from chennai to karjat mumbai .Bajaj RS 200 bike .i paid full amount to the company account 9765 rupees . They took vehicle from chennai on 03/02/2021..they promise me with in aweek they deliver to the to address .to karjat ..they booked this bike and hand over to their excutive mr saurabh sangwan chennai ..( he said he is a agent / browker ) to day is 18 /02/2021 till now he didn't deliver my bike .i asked sourabh he says shiftingwale Ghaziabad vasundhara company didn't pay the delivery charges to him that's why he doesn't wants to deliver my bike to my son's address...what to for that ?

They took my household on 27th feb 2020 and
I called several times for the status every-times they say like it will get deliver tomorrow like this they have extended more than a week. They deliver it on 15th march 2020.

Once household i received doesn't contain freeze and mattress.
I asked at the same time but they started saying it will deliver in 2 days,
They are so much irresponsible that they are not even able to trace my product.
Every-times when i call them, they are just giving excuses that they are trying to find out, everyday they are just saying they will deliver it today evening and it happens everyday.

I had got transferred from noida to bangalore in march-2017, and hence needed the services of movers and packers.
Shiftingwale.com had promised to transport my belongings from noida to bangalore within 7 to 15 days.
My order id is as-262.
I have made the payment (Online) for their quoted amount to their account #[protected]Ifcs indb0000733) on 28-march-2017.
They have not delivered my belongings even 6 months later.
Whenever i call up, they always say that they will deliver in the next few days. Amit rawat is the guy who picks up and gives endless excuses.
