I have refund plot no. C-13..in arise velvet.. Rohaniya.. Varanasi..in september 2017.. I have got cheq of amount 8, 25, 000..in january 2018... But the a/c no. Of my bank was printed wrong... I have refund it to company.. Then new cheq issued.. But in feb.2018.. Payment stop by comp... I have promised by mr. Ashok patel for payment.. But issued not solved... Why should not log a fir against. Comp. And mr. Ashok patel.. And a court case agaianst it... And should also go to consumer forum.. And complain on pm portal& cm portal Was this information helpful? My to payment not done from shine city infra company Lucknow... Two time refunding application recipts from company office 10 January 2018 and 27 July 2018, fist refund is Rupy 196000 plot number F3-229, Paradise garden and second refund is rupy 150000 plot number B108, Royal residency... Please refund my payment...
