I am Akhilesh Kumar Singh,
I booked a plot in lucknow through an agent (Bipin Tiwari) who was working with shine city associated empoyee (Basarat khan) and they took my 2 lakh rupees and they keep assuring to retun the money or plot, but never provided anything. Later on news came that company director run away to Dubai.
I already large complaint through local police etc. but since they took money through cash (handmade receipt and later on an affidavit of money return only document I have). nothing happened. I left everything on Krishna now, as indian law will cost more then money I lost. Was this information helpful? |
