Just want to give in knowledge some facts.
I had taken Premium paid services with Shine.com, inspite my father was hospitalized, i am having all call recordings of same.
I was not informed in advance about the charges, and just made the payment stating job assurity in 15 days. After 2 months I haven't received any single benefits of the same. Even I had not received my updated Profile summary and education verification ( they are still unverified), you can personally check the same.
After connecting with your team, i just get arrogance and no problem resolution.
I accept every company is having targets but these could be adjusted with services. A person paying premium if get proper service, will only provide you positive word of mouth, but here no one is responsible for there part.
With sorrow heart, this is not the standard anyone would expect.

Already requested many a times. Having all call logs of your team assuring job
