I got a call from phone no.[protected] saying that he is calling from HR Departmnent of shine.com.He informed me about a job vacancy in Havells company of quality engineer post and asked me to choose the job location.He also told to mail my documents at shine.[protected]@mail.com .Later he called and said that the documents has been forwarded to the Havells company and i will get a call from the company for interview with the time schedule of today itself.But before that i have to make a payment of 1500.He asked which bank is nearest to me.I told them u must be holding bank account in any particular bank only, how could y ask which bank is nearby according to my convenience and then you will give the account no.He also was forcing me to do online payment through net banking.And the time limit was 30 minutes.I refused that it is not possible to make payment soon in either ways.But he insisted that i should do the payment and that my documents have been verified in the company and accepted.How come the documents were forwarded and accepted so early when it was to be forwaded earlier after my payment was done.then afterwards a girl called by [protected] stating that she is calling from the company and when will i make the payment.I said i was not earlier told about the payment and i couldn't make the payment in such short span.She started to be rude and forcing me that it is dream for everyone to work in mnc when i refused to make the payment saying that i would grab the opportunity some other time..i told them i will call when i would be able to pay the money else not.She cut the phone so rudely then..I fear about my documents now as it include my aadhar card and my picture also.please do take actions against them and help me as soon as possible to maje sure my documents are safe and not misused.

I would like to inform you that i got a call from shine.com. on my mobile no. [protected] Mr. Tomar from mobile number [protected] and [protected] regarding use of paid service for job assistance but i denied to take this facilities. Then he started abusing to me in very bad manner which i can not explain here. So i reqquest to you please take serious action agianst him and say him to speak sorry to me.

Please help me. I have so many debts and on top of that I am cheated for this huge amount. Please somebody help me getting my money back from this cheaters.

I asked for refund of my money and they said they don;t refund. They are also saying they don;t care about consumer courts as they have large pool of lawyers who are experts in dealing these cases.

Background of the case:

Mr Rajan Pathak from shine.com contacted me saying that they would provide jobs for which some services need to be activated.

First of all they never said what the total amount would be for the services provided.

Mr Abhishek made me make the following payment for an amount of 5350 twice amounting to 10700 further to which he said that an additional amount of 6999 has to me paid

Mr Srinivas made me make the following payment for an amount of 6999 twice amounting to 13998 further to which he said that an additional amount of 11399 had to be paid for the activation of the services

Total amount paid 24698

Kept on making me making payments .

Request you to kindly look into the same ASAP with highest priority

Today i receive a call from Ms sanjana claimng that she is calling me from shine.com from the mobile no [protected] and told me that she will confirmed my interview with IBM by providing details of Bank of India told to deposit rs 2K as a security amount which will be refundable at the day of interview also told me to mail all my documents on [protected]@solution4u.com as i mailed my documents but when i aware of these fraud I refused to pickup the call of her for money transferring i did not make any transfer to any account but i fear of my document which i mailed her (scanned copy) if there is any misuse of my documents further i will not be responsible for that.

This is to inform you that as i was in search of job and shine.com contacted me by mail on 19th May.i want to file an FIR against shine.com whose address is HT House 18-20 connaught palace nr. metro station gate no-4 Delhi as they have intentionaly cheated by showing me the job opportunity at TATA Motors. As per record i have totally paid Rs.251700 for job regarding and as per there mail and commitment they are to refund me all the amount within 24hrs. I have paid this amount in different account whose name are as below-

The mobile number which i m in contact with is [protected], [protected] and [protected]. The person involved in this are MRS. Rupali Mehera, Pranav solanki, devender solanki, daljeet, renu and rahul.
I have all the documents related to job such as confirmation letter, appoitment letter and offer letter of TATA MOTORS. I also have the phone recording of the calls. So request you to file an FIR against shine.com as they have done fraud with me.

As i have get the call from shine.com and as i need a job so i have paid a rs 2000/- as a registration and then they have offered me a job in axis bank in bharuch location so i agree for the same and conducted an interview with axis bank hr department on telephone on payment of rs 6800/- and again they told me make payment of rs 10000/- for training so i have paid the same and again payment of the same i have asked to make payment of rs 10800/- for document verification so i have again paid the same and again i have asked to make payment of 2800/- for courier and 15000/- for axis bank bond so i have also paid the same and i have to receive the courier of axis bank offer letter and and in the evening they informed me that courier executive has misplaced the document so making document again you need to make payment of rs 14000/- for rearrange the document.
This whole process is conducted by neha sharma and roshni mishra. And after all this process she still denied for refund of the same.

So it's a question for me whether i will get refund or not?? And she always giving me on mail that this is the last payment.

Please find the solution for me to get the refund of the amount.

I received call from mr manish from shine.com and asked me to register by paying 2300 and then asked to pay 11000 by transferring to their account and asked me to pay another 9999.00 hich was transferred but due to technical reason returned back to me.

This is against the fraud promise of job in singapore mnc company with immediate interview.

This vry systematic and organised racket i being run by shine.com people. This people also steals the updated resume from naukri.com. Can be naukri.com employees are also involved to leak the resume to shine.com.

It ha created horror in job market by this type of job companies. If this not topped immediately young generation looking for job will be most vulnerable in India.

I paid fr shine service about 3000 rupee but still not getting any benifit. Its already 1 month passed buy nothing is there. Before paid shine peoples calling several times but after pain no one calls and allso told me that there no other charges but aftr paid asking for courses and document verification charges. Shine make fools to everyone. Its fake.

I was interviewed on 12 October 2016 by Eco recruiters registered under Shine.com for the post of fashion designer for the company Pantaloons. I got selected for the job after two rounds of interview and received a confirmation mail from the company as well. But after that no other information are provided regarding joining, or the PI date and training program. I contacted them several times to inform that my notice period of the current company is almost over and I am ready to join but no visible steps have been taken place. please look into the matter ASAP.

I have no clue what kinda services you people are providing. You made me pay as much money as possible for all your stupid services where i got nothing in return. Made me spend 10K on some Stupid Round One Services where i dont get any relevant work services as i requested. I am from Ecommerce and i get all stupid referrals. Just refund my amount back!!!

I got a call from Career Guru Solutions (First level Executive - Riya Sharma { Might be fake name}) from Delhi number ([protected]) and[protected] on[protected]. She explained about Career Guru Solutions and its benefits and intimated to me that there would be one time Registration charges of Rs 3500/- and I am already shortlisted for Saudi Arab with salary[protected] Dirham per month, you need not to worry about the Job its already shortlisted and you will be directly sent for Interview and if you are not interested to work there you can contact us for a job change which Career Guru Solutions will again help me in a new job search with no extra charges which is for life time..

I accepted and payment of 3500/- was completed for registration, but after the registration process Riya Sharma connected me to Second level team where they just took me to the verification page at their website and demanded me to pay 8500/- as verification charges.. When I Questioned them that this 8500/- was not not intimated to me by Riya Sharma at my registration process...?
Answer from Second level team (Vikash Sharma)- They came to know about the verification process just now and they that was the reason I need to pay the verification fees now which was not known to them earlier..

I didn’t get any email from any company or at least call for my job from their side, As i didn’t find any Trust and Relationship maintained till here, I had to Quit the Verification process by thinking they may demand next amount for next upcoming process.

I tried to reach Riya Sharma twice to number [protected] twice(she said its her personal number to contact her any time), but other colleague attended my call and answered me that she is not available and I can talk to them instead.. and believe me the way of talking at the time of registration and process was totally different when I call back them after Quit of verification process.

Bank status, as this is an registration fees payed by you, this can not be reverted back. So I lost my money Rs. 12000/- (Rs. 3500 +8500).

They are trying to cheat without explaining the whole process which includes the various steps of payment involved in it. I searched over the Internet, it is big scam going on. These people doing business legally how they are making fraud like this they have company website. Sir, i request you to, please look in this matter and help me in getting my money back.

I vishal roy have also been fooled by such stupid calls. An executive called me today introducing himself as a recruiter from shine.com. He asked my hs results passport size photo and a resume, i blindly send all my details after than he called and asked me for 2000 rupees to be deposit in a personal account of sbi bank. I doubt thus i reffered to this link and got the same proof that they are fraud and make a call and asking a secruity fee before interview and even assuring that the money will be refunded incase not selected. Thus i hope they dont make any missue of my documents and thus i am not responsible for any other cosequences they deal with my documents

I got call from shubham negi, ankit, dheeraj & abhishek for good job and they charged Rs. 14000/ on 23/10/2016 but still not get any response after paying payment and when i call on 02/11/2016 they demanding extra of Rs.6000/ to complete services. but when i gave him Rs. 14000/- they told that your services has been completed and not charge any extra amount but now they want extra amount. when i told him to refund my money they denied. pls. help me on this matter.

I have deposited all the required amounts still i did not recieve any joining letter. please help me. i have deposited 19, 300/-and i have tried to reach with the phone numbers but i have recieved switched off messages. also i have communicated that i will get my laptops and mobile phone and joining letter on 28th oct 2016. but still i did not get these.

Sir I BISHNU KAR from durgapur west Bengal . I applied for back office job. In shine.com . two calls came to me. One is rajib sukla cont no [protected] and rohit sharma cont no [protected] . They have taken rs 2100 in the name of registration and rs 5100 in the name of document verification. And then demanded rs 6100 for interview and job confirmation. I have not given the last amount. But whenever I told them about about shine.com helpline no they said that I can call them on those two no whenever I need. I can't understand it is froid or not. Please help me to recover my amount.

Today i got a call from this number [protected] asking for 2050 rupees saying i am from shine.com and your job profile has been selected and when u get your first salary your money will be returned back with it, she named herself as divya but truecaller was saying prity h. R. Please do something about such fraud calls. I didn't even submit my profile from shine.com
This ia pathetic for the people who are really seeking for jobs.

I did not create an account in shine, i keep getting fraudulent calls from them asking for more details about my profile and they try to sell their subscription/products.
They probably stole or referred the available information (From naukri) and created profiles using that data.
Whenever they called i have told them to delete my profile but they say there is no such option to delete!! Emails to customer care team [protected]@shine.com yield no response regarding account deletion. This is a clear case data violation, malpractice and fraud.

Based on the application forwarded by you to subrata kanti das, i have paid rs.2, 650/- on 19.09.2016 to subrata kanti das, account no.[protected] with kotak mahindra bank as registeration fees for the job - kotak mahindra bank - operation manager.
The payment details are as below.

All the messages have been mailed by jiya chawan, [protected]@gmail.com. Mobile no.[protected]
