Shine.com — Free e-invoicing account terminated

Signed up for the free e-invoicing account about a month ago. This was portrayed as a permanent, free for life account, for small businesses such as mine. Suddenly, I cannot log in and get the message that my account is locked because the trial has expired. No warning, no indication the account was a trial, no explanation in sign up that the account was only a trial. These deficiencies constitute breaches of fair business practices and are misleading, also potentially breaching conditions for approval by DGFiP.
