[Resolved] Shine.com — deletion of account

Hi, I requested my account be deleted from the portal way back in 2017 and was confirmed it will be deleted, After which I never received emails ( probably the back end team changed my account status to hibernate) Recently received email about job updates and I was able to login. I reached out to them who requested an email be sent along with the reason and the account will be deleted, However the customer care number for Candidates just disconnects itself and their is no one ready to take ownership. Verified Support May 08, 2020 Shine.com Customer Care's response Dear Sir, Greetings from shine learning. With reference to your concern, you cannot delete your profile from our website, however, you can make your profile as “not searchable”. For the same, you need to log-in to your Shine account and click on “Account Setting” and make the necessary changes. If there are any other issues that need to be addressed, now or in the future, please inform us.
