Hi,
I requested my account be deleted from the portal way back in 2017 and was confirmed it will be deleted, After which I never received emails ( probably the back end team changed my account status to hibernate)
Recently received email about job updates and I was able to login.
I reached out to them who requested an email be sent along with the reason and the account will be deleted, However the customer care number for Candidates just disconnects itself and their is no one ready to take ownership.
I tried to find the escalation Matrix and no luck. Was this information helpful? |
