Two ppl called me regarding this complaint. One asked for 2 days time to resolve this, the other asked for 7 days. Today is day 7. No follow up or action. They don't admit to any fault, just keep saying they will check where the problem has occurred.

I have been communicating regularly with Shine customer care. The way things stand now:
1. After a long long long time (about 3 months after payment), HireSure reached out and asked me to upload ONE document.
I was unexpecting that all my degrees (graduation and above) would be verified. They verify only the highest qualification-they tell you this only after you've made full payment, when you are left with no choice but to accept whatever they choose to dole out to you.
2. After uploading the document, it's been a few days, and I still have to hear anything from HireSure about whether my degree was verified or not. Follow up has met with silence.
3. Shine completely denies that they offered Education and Experience package together. Even though, right after I made the payment, an email came to me, with details of what Education and Experience verification involved and what the process would be.
When questioned-they say 'I opted only to verify one degree of my education' for Rs 5000 plus. In fact, that invoice now shows a negotiations skills course that is pretty much forced on me.
They are asking me for documentation of what I was promised, which is unreasonable and unethical, considering their person explained the service on the phone, telling me that my resume lacked background checks and education and experience verification would make it easier for me to find a job. After I pay, they change their tune telling me I paid only for Education. They really expect me to buy more services from them after this pathetic non service?
I want my money back. Otherwise I am going to launch a social media campaign and spread the word around about these unethical practices. I don't have the time or the patience to pursue this for another 6 months.

same thing happened with me also they are doing nothing even though I have mailed them
