Dear Sir / Madam,
I am Shristi Biswas uploaded a CV in Shine.com portal on 22.06.2019. Thereafter, I got an email (attached in jpg format) from them by which they had sent me a link to deposit an amount of Rs. 2143/- which they assured me to refund after 2nd round of interview. Immediately after the mail one Mr. Ashish Mittal, mob No. [protected] called me in my mob No. and convinced me to pay the amount but when I tried the transaction failed. Then he gave me a account No. and told me to pay the amount in that A/c. Since he was narrating all my details from the CV which I had uploaded in Shine's portal naturally no doubt had come to my mind and I trusted him completely and made the transaction.
After the 1st transaction Mr. Ashish Mittal told me that an interview confirmation has been generated and hence an amount of Rs. 9523.00 needs to be deposited. A referral code was sent by him in Google pay and he told me to pay against that & I paid the amount as per his instruction. Again he called me after some time and said it has happen by mistake and no amount has been credited actually I need to pay an amount of Rs. 19113/- . Another referral code sent by him and I was told to use the same and pay 19113/-, I did the same. Not a single time it has come to my mind that they are fooling me. Now I could see that entire amount has been debited from my account and this time I was absolutely out burst and told him to refund my entire money as I was no more interested about the interview and job. Then he said fine no problem we will return the amount to you, this time they generated another account with my name and advised me politely that you take back the entire amount of Rs. 40543/-. I could see in Gpay that the amount is getting transferred from my one account to other. Since I am not very conversant about this I have transferred the amount and was rest assured that I have got the amount back.
Kindly note that during this entire transaction period I have not received a single SMS from my bank. All SMSes were delivered to me in the late evening and I was absolutely surprised to see that each and every entry have been debited from my account leaving hardly a balance of Rs.11452.00 in my A/c. I am attaching herewith my bank statement and screen shot of referral codes for your kind information.
Also, I am attaching herewith my 3 emails, sent to Shine.com as complaint but they have not initiated ant suitable action for refund of the amount. They are not even bothered to acknowledge my mail.
I request you to kindly help me to get my money refunded at the earliest possible. I have seen many complaints against Shine.com in your portal. What I could find, it is a big racket going on and I sincerely urge for necessary action in this regard.
