Dear sir,

My name is mohammed imtiyaz khan, from hyderabad,

I got a call from shine.com (A lady), on 16th march 2018, saying that there are jobs available in the abroad market related to my profile, and that if i register with shine.com now, then i will start getting interview calls (In terms of skype calls, email or on my mobile number as video call) within 5-7 working days and gave me 100% job assurance
She made me pay the initial amount of rs. 6797/-

Then the mr. Shakir called me up from the sales team, and started asking to make more payments, when i started to object against it then he said that my last payment services will be useless if i don’t do this payment and kept on sending invoices one after the other. I had asked him to send me a list of what all services are required for which payments has to be done, then every time he kept on saying that this is the last payment, this is the last payment and at the end mr. Shakir and his team leader mr. Rajesh rana made me pay rs.155610/-, giving me commitment that i will start getting interview calls within 5-7 working days.
From 18th march 2018 to 23rd march 2018 they made me pay rs. 155610/- forcibly. By calling me again and again till 9:00 pm and convincing me that i will definitely start getting interview calls in 5-7 days

But, i have not received any call from any company regarding the interviews im just getting mails from job portals just like i used to get earlier and they had made me pay for services like six sigma, regarding which even they dont have any idea how it is related to my profile. Apart from this they both made me pay for issue focused negotiations, saying that they will negotiate salary on my behalf with the companies, but nothing has happened so far. Whatever they have committed to they have not fulfilled it.

Apart from this the staff themselves are unaware of their senior’s designations, people working since 3 years together, doesn’t know the designations of each other.
They were supposed to call me on last monday i. E., 26th of march, but didnt call, i had to call 50 times to get connected to the concerned person, still no response. On wednesday evening i. E., 28th march someone called me in the name of mr. Rajesh rana and spoke very rudely, the very next day another mr. Rajesh rana calls up and says he did not speak to me last eveneing
I had spoken to two people with the same name of mr. Rajesh rana. When i complained about this they are saying that it’s a flaw in their process and will take action, but my point is i have not paid them to show the flaws and loop holes in their system.
They are just ignoring me take taking more time by just dragging my issue. The staffs are totally unaware of what services are relevant and what are irrelevant to a particular candidate.

They have accepted that it was a mistake and blunder from their end. Now i am in a situation where i cannot trust anyone from shine.com, my calls are put on hold for long long time, i had to call 50 times to reach mr. Rajesh rana or mr. Shakir, they are not at all taking any responsibility of the commitments they have given at the time of payments, and i have still not received any interview calls from any company yet.

How can i trust a company where they have confusions and flaws in their own system and they are unaware of all these things, when informed they are saying a junior might have done that, how can a junior do such things and there is no protocol to take any action against this. People like these are working as career counselors in shine.com

They have still not found who has done this and are still asking me to give time, and i am totally frustrated now i cannot give them more time. I just want them to refund my money

I have lost trust in the company and i just want to get the money refunded.

Shine.com had sent me a mail on 18th of April 2018 that they will refund 75% of the total amount in maximum 15 days, but still nothing has happened and today i.e., since morning I am trying to call and speak to Shobha ( the person who had commited to refund in 15 days) but she os not coming over the call and avoiding my calls.
I spoke to Mr. Vinod, he said he will call me back in 15 mins, he didnt call, when I called he is saying that they are still working on it.

I want to book a fraud case against them

After the commitment of 15 days from shine.com, which the could not keep up to the commitment, on 4th May 2018, they had sent me a mail asking me to wail for one more week for the refund, today 11th May 2018, one week is completed and I have not received my refund yet.
I am trying to call shobha, she is not coming on call and someone from the executive said that she is on leave, but when I called from another mobile number one of the executive said she is having lunch and will call back in some time.
I spoke to Mr. Vinod even he is saying that he is on leave
I had sent a reminder mail yesterday i.e., on 10th May 2018 but no one has replied yet

They are just ignoring me
if they dont refund me with 75% of the total amount, as committed by shine team, by today, then they have to reimburse me with 100% of the amount

My name is Mohammed Imtiyaz Khan, From Hyderabad,
I had already raised a complaint against shine.com
They had given me a commitment to refund my amount
on 18th Aprli 2018 they asked me to wait for 15 days, I did that, then on 4th May 2018 they asked me to wait for another one week for the refund.

Its been over a month now since they committed for the refund and now neither my calls nor my emails are being answered.

Nobody is taking any responsibility nor they are responding, they are not taking up my calls as well

my refund is still on hold for no reason
