On 14th July 2023, I updated my profile on Shine.com for jobs. They called me to enroll for resume highlighter/ application booster services and asked me to pay INR 3000, which I paid for. This call was with Chandan. After this, they arranged a call with their relationship manager Shiva who asked for details about my profile and asked me to pay more for education verification, psychometric tests, resume writing services, and jobs on the move services.
I have paid a total of INR 35000 for the same. For the last payment, I declined to make any further payments. They are not ready to share my profile/ activate the services. I need a refund for all of these. The website has no proper information about any of these services and payments we would need to make during the process.
I have updated my profile multiple times on the portal, but it still keeps showing profile updated one year ago. I need this to be resolved.
The customer care team does not reply to any of the emails.
I am sharing below the screenshots of all the payments made. I need this case to be resolved asap.
