Shine.com — GB+BB online course | |||
I have opted and paid for an online course GB+BB via shine (ISEL global) paying Rs. 16520 dated 3rd feb, when enquired came to know it is not activated. On 6th i got a call from your customer care and asked me to pay additionally to opt for the course where i hesitated and then the guy said they will offer this that etc which i have never received he forcefully made me to pay Rs. 5545&Rs. 9556 which is career assesment and communication skill where i told him that i am experienced 20yrs and need not require this but as i wanted GB+BB i paid this. Then i got a link for GB and 3months it got over and got a softcopy of certificate later no BB nothing no response from shine too. When i enquire they will ask to check with ISEL. You have told unlimited education blah blah which i havent received. To my surprise still the course is showing service in progress only. Now you take GB amount rest i need refund. Else as per consumer protection law i will be filing a case against shine. Do respond Was this information helpful? | |||
