Shine.com — Hidden Charges one after other

Dear All, I firstly paid 2352.82approx. for Job services, later executive call me to upgrade to 3600 approx. for Featured Services and Asked me to pay addtional 1299 INR.

I said Okay as I am looking desparately for Job. He mentioned that there is no hidden charges.

Later I got a call from my Relationship Manager and to help me he asked me to pay addition for Education verification 5192 INR and Then sent a bill of 10000 plus for Experience Verification.

I understood this seems to be fraud and these executives will lure into paying more and more.
I asked for Refund and they reject to return my money back saying there is no refund policy at Shine.com. And Call themselves to be Hindustan Times group company. Which I am not sure.

Need help in recovering my Money Back.

Even after letting them know, I am not interested for these services. Which I rejected in the same call where I paid the money. They are pushing them on to me. These services wont be of any use as the services i wanted to avail needs me to pay more and more money, which was hidden from me. Initially they said everything is provided with initial payment of 3800 approx amt. Now becuase I am asking for refund they are trying to start these partial services so that they need not to refund my money.

Got a call from Account Manager, and she said the money cant be refunded. Please help. I cant take the partial service.
