[Resolved]  Shine.com — I need refund the amount

Dear sir/Madam

My name is Nimmala Naga Venkata Siva Ganesh I got call from shine.com 19/12/2022 at that call one person told 2000/- you can pay they will active my shine account and it will shown your account in recruiters.He told after this payment no need to pay anything and after payment is done i got mail confirmation to the shine so He told please reply back to the mail. I have given the reply back .
In this mail I discuss a few points...
1)After 2000/- paid Another person called he told he is my relationship manager his name Sagar([protected]) He is explain about the process like how to active the profile and everything after conversation he is not tell about the [ Education Verification and Employment Verification, Fresher Resume Writing Service, Resume Booster and etc.., , ] he told you can check with the mail then there i got the this payment mail . i told him first person told after 2000/- you no need to pay anything but he told you will pay this amount then only recruiters seen your profile like that he told so paid the amount.After Payment is done he told there is no payment after this one

2)After 2478/- Amount paid Again he told you you can pay the Fresher Resume Writing services and Resume Booster i was ask .you said there is no payment after 2478/- but now again you are saying 3834/- payment without this one recruiters not seen the profile he told .

3)After 3834/- payment is done again he shares the payment link of 6135/- which is in the linkedin profile writing. I said i don't want any linkedin profile i have already there i am not paid anything i told him. He told us we are creating the linkedin profile and that profile will seen the recruiters he told I paid this amount also. Before this payment i was asked after this payment i am no need to pay anything he said there is no payment so paid 6135/-.

4)After 6135/- payment is done he shared another payment link. I argue with him he geven the lie information .He told without this course recruiters will not see your profile .

So Sagar Told within 7 days you will get the recruiters calls as of now i am not getting any calls from the Hr's.

A few days back I got the Education documents uploaded link then there was Mention Graduation Documents. I uploaded my UG certificates but that is wrong. I did MBA. I already informed Sagar and some other customer care people as of now I am not getting this information also.
Today I was complaining that all my orders in my resume are wrong, Education documents are wrong and everything is wrong . After completing my course i got call from shine his name is munish i already informed him regarding my complaint once again i am requesting below my complain please check it once
Please Dont process all activities. I paid almost 197060/- . I want a refund of this amount. I don't want any job and any services from your side . If you need any clarification please call me below number. If I am not getting any response I will do whatever I want.

Note :- Don't play the game for unemployed people

I already informed so many times regarding my issue so I don't any services from your side please do refund my amount and it's almost 1 month is done till you people are telling it's an active please do deactivate my services and do refund asap

Sorry for the saying again and again don't drag this issue i paid 19 dec 2022 today date is 1 Feb 2023 till i am not recieved any calls from Hr sides and at the time of paying money they told with in 7 days you will get the results But till now there is no updates it's almost more than 1 months still you people are telling use the services how can I use . shine services is not good please do refund my amount

The process requires equal participation from your side as a candidate to ensure that you get a relevant opportunity. It all depends upon the availability of relevant and active job opportunities in the marketplace. It is not practically feasible to make any kind of commitment on the time period.

I don't want any clarification and any explanation i need my money back . I have all proofs are there . If you want i will provide all the things .
