Shine.com — Misguided on paid service

You assured that resolution to the concern/complaint I raised in next 24hours .
I am attaching the complaint email for further reference . Also pasting the message body of the attached complain below

Clearly misguided and deliberately cheated by giving wrong information.
I am not interested and willing to opt for this service. Please refund completely .
He clearly mentioned the abroad services interview hiring test, everything and final charges is 7999 Rs. but later after paying 7999 rs, he asked 14988 Rs. extra .

If he told me earlier I would have not opted, it's out of budget .

So please respect and refund my money back at the earliest .
