Dear Madam/Sir,
Note:- 1. I didn't get any offer & terms and Conditions from shine.com before payments and no explanation about the services.
2. I have given Valid Reason, why I am not taking your services from shine.com.
3. I had a mistake I had paid payment to shine.com HT Media Ltd before check it.
I am taking daily pain for a refund but nobody helping me for my payment refund.
no understanding my situation.
Note:- Please read my mails from starting date 09-Dec-2021 to date you will get all answer.
I again request you, please refund my payment without any delay.
Please refund
You are pressurizing to me from 09-dec-2021 to the date, why doing this, I had written to you more than 30times, DON'T Required your Services
and refund my payments.
I didn't receive your pre-offer and terms & conditions. I got after payment when I read your term & condition in the mail immediately I stopped services. it's proof with me.
but I got one thing HD Media customer care doesn't help customers.

Note:-
Now I am under a funds crisis and my bankers are making pressure on me to pay credit card bills.
If I get any financial charges Late payment, Interest, Penalty from the bank, you will be reponsible.
So, I request again you please clear my payment refund or Credit Note without any delay.

Note:-
I sent mail to you dated 11th Feb-2022, Now is the date 23rd Feb-2022 but I am not getting any confirmation from you, regarding my payment refund
orCredit Note.
