Today I received a call from Shine.com representative asking me about the satisfaction of the service. After I complained about it, the representative assured that I will get money refunded. He started explaining me the process of getting refunded through paytm and asked me to enter my credit card details in Paytm's Add money section. That's when I realised something is wrong and I backed out.

I was surprised with the level of details he had about my shine account. I really fear dealing with Shine.com now considering the amount of personal data gets leaked from their system.
