I am contacting you regarding fraud done by Shine .com team (mohammad.[protected]@shine.com, r.[protected]@shine.com, [protected]@shine.com, swati.[protected]@shine.com) where I paid around 17455 Rs for the services mentioned below bearing order numbersCP464598, CP464596, CP464543, and IN20230428_794852_145055, Many unethical people run scams/frauds misrepresenting people from shine .com . Some days back i received a call from shine.com for the application booster plan of the same, after their repeated calls I opted for their service day on Saturday but immediately after that i received another call from shine.com saying that your other services are mandatory and you've to enroll for it then only you can access the former, i enrolled for one then other, then other, then other when the price kept on increasing I realized that this is some unethical way of sales, they mislead the customers and then dupe them by selling the packages and giving false assurances, now when i'm asking for refund they're denying that as well.I recorded every call I received and I have all the recording what I discussed with them for concern services .
Kindly refund my money Rs.17455 as soon as possible.

I got a call from shine representative asking whether i am looking for a job on 27 April. She then connected me to a senior . She told me i need to pay 3657 for registering which i did. Later, he connected me to a person who was supposed to be my profile handler and she the. Said my education, experience need to be verified after which a presentation needs to be prepared which would be shared with overseas recruiter. She then mailed me saying that i need to pay more 4837. So I told her I was not informed about the same she said it's for education varification. I told her that i will not pay anything more then this she said i dont need to so i payed . She said education varification done and the. She said job search guidance for which she sent me another mail invoice saying that i need to pay more 6961/- I was angry as she had mentioned that i need not pay more. I questioned her asking why are the details not given to the clients in advance? For which she replied accounts people have to generate it at the same time. I once again asked her "Do I need to spend more after this payment" she said no this is last and the profile would be completed. I payed the amount 6961/- and she said the profile is complete. A minute later she sends another mail invoice saying that i need to pay 9558/- for the preparation of presentation. I was absolutely furious about the same. I told her I am not interested and i need my money back I told her my 9 year daughter passed away 10 days back and suffering from finiancial crisis and you are looting in such a way she told sir you will get response from tomorrow she told you can pay 2000 later you pay remaining then I paid.

After this I got conformation mail for the orders . Now day onward I was waiting for the calls regarding the services I have not received any calls of servivice assistance for 15 to 20 days, though I was busy in rituals I took it lightly as unable focus as my 9 year daughter expired.

Later after 15 days I mailed them what you promised not doing I think this is fraud.

I then called shine and asked him that why aren't you giving the breakout of the cost incurred at every step to the client and why are you not sharing my updated resume as you told we have shared to thousand recruiters i asked a copy of that ? He said we can't do that. I know it was my mistake to trust "Shine" and i dont know whether i will get my money back. But I want to highlight that Shine job portal is fooling and looting people. Kindly take this complaint into the account. I lost my daughter and during this they have done this to me . I will launce complaint in every portal against shine for such frauds.

I will go legally for that if I have to spent my time and money, l but I will highlight this so that no other will become fool. Will take this to media also.
