[Resolved] Shine.com — created an account and sent me password without my permission!

I never visited or created an account at shine.com. I had not heard about it until i received an email with a password. I have been receiving emails asking me to upload my resume and also, that i matched with an opportunity (I wonder how if they don't have my resume!).
