Dear Sir
This is to bring it to your kind knowledge that I had paid Rs.3999 + Rs.6999 + Rs.6999. Lastly I was asked to pay Rs.11999 without which my job search will not be complete.
This seems to me very offensive as I was told to pay only Rs.3999 for the service. But somehow after that mails started to flow in to pay Rs.14000 more to complete the process which I had paid.
But honestly speaking I cannot pay so much now as the cost was not mentioned to me in the beginning.
Hence I am unable to take your service and request you to refund me the entire amount.

Last week i received a call from [protected] (Pooja Singh) from Shine and she had given me a email id [protected]@indaia.com for sending my Resume and personnel data. Then after submitting my resume she called me for registration charge of INR 2250.00 which i paid through Net banking to the account of Mr.Rajendra Kumar, A/C No-[protected] of Axis Bank. Then i got call from [protected] (Narendra Singh) claiming he is from Shine HR department and stated that, there will be a interview call from Tata Motors on 26th Mar 2016. I received the call on 26th Mar 16 for interview but from personnel number [protected] (Ankit Singh) and he asked some technical questions which i answered, after that he told me that on 28th Mar 16 you will get the confirmation. Today i received call from Ankit singh stating, "You have been seclected in Tata Motors and will have to pay INR 6000 for further process of document verification"

So i want to know that are they actually members of Shine and the email id is an official of Shine. Please educate me on the above matter.

Awaiting urgent reply on the above matter.

I tried writing to [protected]@shine.com to deactivate my account.
I get way too many emails that are not relevant to me, i get calls suggesting i get some certifications to improve my profile, when i tell them i am not interested, they say its very cheap.. And $400 is super cheap he argues..!!! And i live in a different time zone, so imagine hearing such arguments in the middle of the night..!!!
I am fed up of shine.com, .....

I am a chemical engineering student studying final year. As i have registered in shine, upto now i didnt get notifications from chemical engineering companies or any pharmaceutical companies or petroleum companies. You are sending every time IT companies, not sending my core branch companies . Please provide me some interviews ao that i will prove my success. I have put my resume in my account. Please forward it to different companies.

Today, through linkedin, i was asked to provide basic details in Shine.com, which i provided with telephone number etc.

after an hour, i received a call from Careergurusolutions.com. A girl, calling herself as Kajol from faridhabad was telling all my details and asked me to transfer some 3500 as verification charges. the girl initiall told her organisation name is GP solutions.

At this stage, i am not sure, whether my data from LinkedIn or from Shine is compromised with these third party like careergurusolutions.

Hello, everyone. This is vijay .And i'm also complaining about the same thing. But i'm reviewing on this site mostly to aware my unemployed friends about such calls and not for solving my problem.
Dear friends i also received a call from shine.com telling about my resume selection in tata motors. I received this call at 4:15 pm and he also told me about the 3 rounds of interview. He told me to send my updated resume, photo, and my markshits of 10 12 and of my graduation. I listened him and as usual got very excited about my selection and sent him my all documents. After that i thought for a movement that if any company really liked my resume then he can direct ask me for documents. Why should they ask to the shine.com and will make the whole process lengthier . And then i search the internet for the mail at which i have sent my docs. ([protected]@india.com) . And finally i found lots of complaints about this mail and i realized that this was also a fake call. And then i didn't call him again and attended his call. There plan for asking me to deposit money got failed. They tried calling me for 2 days and stoped calling me.
But after 8 days i received a call of a advocate from a new no. And he explained me about docs cancellation for 5 years if i wont talk to the same person which was calling me. And also told me that if he forwrd my docs for further process i have to pay 15400 rs to the govt. I told him directly, that if i have done any mistake by just not talking with that person you can do what ever you want. He said "ok then i will forward your docs for further processing". I said yes off course.
From that day i didn't receive any call or any court letter regarding this case.
I just want to say if you are not wrong, you don't have to fear from anyone at all. And i don't blem shine.com for this matter. It's all upto you. If you are asked to transfer money, regarding job it means it is fake . Go to the google and search the no., mail, or website, or any think from which they sent you the details. You will find the cases and will not loss too much money .
Use your common sense and keep your eyes open, don't get excited soon. Think about it and then response.

If the owner of the shine.com really wants to help unemployed people's do something about such things.

I have registered on Shine.Com on 11th March 2016. But i am not at all happy with the response i am getting at your end and even the Staff is talking rudely and telling to complain wherever i want. Shine.com total fraud .i am invest this company 1, 93, 626.00, i am apply my all money refund, but sine .com not refund my money, Tell me your all money use in online training, so not refund your money, i am not interested in your job and your service please refund my all money. They call me many times and forced me to do a registration for job and for their fake paid services which is totally fraud . they tell me first that you have to pay 2500 for getting job but i didn't do this . After 1 or 2 days they said that you have to pay only 2100/- which will be used for making your resume or cv and for sending to companies and any time when you don't want to do process or not interested then your payment will be refunded immediately so i done a payment of 2100/- which automatically done twice thus they take 2100 x 2 = 4200/- and not refunded 2100/- which were extra due to fault of their merchant payment site. After that they said(this was another person ) that you have to pay 5100/- for your document verification and for your interview then i denied him to do this process and for refunding my 2100 x2 = 4200/- because it was fraud. But they don't refund my amount till now . Atleast they don't refund my extra 2100/- which deducted from my a/c due to transaction error . Now they also do not pick my calls also

On 17-03-16, i got continues call from [+91-[protected]], [+91-[protected]], [+91-[protected]], [+91-[protected]] name rohit sharma, ajay mosa they told that they are calling from shine.com and my resume been shortlisted for hcl, to confrim your job you have to pay rs1850 that will be refundable if i will not get job.Before paying money they ask to send my 10th 12th, higher qualification marks card and pan card proof.I sent these documents to [protected]@india.com.After they call and told that my resume being verified by hcl company and i will have telephonic interview.The hr will call n take interview.Before that i have to pay rs1850 for registration then only company hr will call me.When i sent document i got call from ajay mosa from shine he told ur documents being verified n u have to pay rs 1750 later again i got from rohit sharma he told to pay rs 1850...He sent account detail to pay

Two different price was told by them then i got doubt that it is fake call.Though i didnt pay them .When again they call i ask them many questions they all get confused and didnot response well so i get confirmed now that they are fake callers.But have sent my documents to [protected]@india.com...If any misuse of it i will be not responsible as it is beyond my knowledge.

Few days back I got a call frm careergurusolutions (ph no +[protected]stating that they are registered with shine.com and have received my profile thru shine. Subsequently, the next day one of their representatives called me and asked me to register by paying Rs. 3434. As soon as I went about with the registration payments, another guy called n said ADCO, Australia has liked ur profile and tey have asked me to go about with d credential verification services by paying 8500. The verymoment I could gauge tat this is a definite case of fraud. Till last nite, I ws continuously getting their calls regarding transfer of 8500 but when I sternly asked them for authentic documents n invoice of payment, tey send me an invoice in word format, a mere view of which suggests that it's fake. The website www.careergurusolutions.com doesn't have any specific address or registration no. Can shine.com further take up this matter. Regards Ashutosh Mukherjee

Mr.subhash first told me pay only 1000 rs nt pay any full amount so i pay it but after payment he told me pay 2000 rs that the last and best amount i said ok i pay it but further amount i pay after i getting a job . I said ok . after the payment he nt provide a single interview call also . But demanding 5000 rs extra . i said i do nt want to proceed i want my cash back so he refuse . at first call he said me that i[censored] nt want to proceed then we give cash back but after the payment he said that i am not said like this . and when the senior person call me he directly told me that u want complaint against us u can do it we do not give u money back and do what ever u want . means senior person talk like that with costumer i shock . and he transfer call to another person he told me like u other employees also complaint against us but till at nothing happens .

I was called on behalf of shine. Com that they would provide me job and asked me to use our paid services to get confirmed job... Now since I have paid the amout of 3898/. They asking me to wait to get their formalities done... Plz help me to get my money refunded...

I am Pratheep from Bangalore. I lost 18000 Rs to Shine.com paid service team.

Here I am giving the complaint for some of the Money Cheating group which is working on Shine.com.

Basically Shine.com is collecting money from job seekers and they are not doing any thing for the money we paid.

I applied for UK opportunities. Initially they asked me to pay 6197 Rs for activating the UK service. So I believed that Once I paid the amount, I will get the call / mail from UK companies. So I made the payment of 6197 Rs. One of the Service team person Yashika Midha given the confirmation saying that, service will be activated after making this payment.

I sent my updated resume also. After that payment of 6197 Rs, Service team asked me to pay the amount of 5850 + 5850 = 11700 Rs for back ground verification. I made that payment too.

After that payment of 11700 Rs, Shine service team was asked to make the payment of 9300 Rs for activating service. I was totally disappointed with the Shine.com paid services.

After that I discussed with Service Team for the paid amount. They were not giving sufficient information and they were not ready to refund the amount. They were not activating the service also. Now I understand that Shine.com Paid service is Cheating service. Till now I did not receive any call/mail for UK opportunities.

Shine.com is totally cheating people by collecting money. Till now I wasted amount of 17897 Rs.


I am having all the evidence and proofs. Below I have given the Cheating group name and contact numbers.

Note: Please be aware that, If you get the call from above numbers . They will collect money from you and they dont do anything for you job hunting. So dont loose your money. Any way I already sent the mail to Commissioner of Police bangalore and I am going to give the complaint to Police Station.

I am getting continues call from representative Mr.AJAY KUMAR SRIVATSA (Mobile no [protected]) of Shine.com. Today i have paid Rs 5699/- as per his commitment it is one time payment. No other payment demand for the life time. And they will arrange Resume High lighting in leading job portals, They will arrange the Interviews, Service for Resume booster etc

But after the payment he connected his senior Mr.Abishek ( Mobile no : [protected]). He demand further money of Rs 5350/-

I THINK THEY ARE FRAUD and request you to make action and refund i have paid

i have apply for job online. i received call from via shine.com for job regarding i got call from this number [protected], [protected] and [protected].they told me your resume ha been shortlisted for tata motors jamshedpur. she tell me deposit rs-1500 for registraton .and she said will line up for a telecom interview but for that i need to remit a sum of rs-4200 for document verification .then she again told me remit 7200. but i did not take intrest for that.but now she does not picking calls.i deposited sum of money (1500+4200) in a/c holder name-mukesh singh .account number-[protected]. ifsc code-SBIN00017187. So plz take action against shine.com.

Myself Hemant Verma. I got a call from [protected] represented himself as shine.com employee (Ritik Sharma), on[protected] around 10 am and said that there is a vacancy in HCL Technologies, if you are interested then I have to complete a procedure according to which I have send them an updated resume, passport size photo and an ID proof and an amount of Rs. 1850 (which was said as refundable). So I completed the procedure and paid the amount through ATM to ATM fund transfer on SBI ATM card no. [protected].

After this he said that I will get a call between 5pm to 7pm for telephonic interview. As said I got a around 6pm, he said that a representative from HCL tech will take your interview, the representative asked me some questions and said that he will inform shine.com if I get selected.

The next day I received a call at 11.40am that I have been selected and have to pay Rs. 8500(said as refundable) for 1 month training to which I denied and told that I do not want the offer and also asked to refund the previous amount Rs. 1850. He then said to talk to my senior official who named herself as Khusi (mob no. [protected]) and said that you will not be refunded your money as you are denying the offer provided by as. I insisted so much but she refused and also said that "you will not get a job anywhere that's my guarantee" and cut the phone. I am in a big trouble, please help me!!

I got call from 2 number saying I m selected for job and need to pay refundable amount, I smell its fishy so im sharing the mail and account number Dear TONY PHILIP
