[Resolved] Shine.com — I need a refund for the payment I made for the premium services | |
I would like to get a refund of rs 1.49 lac paid towards premium services of shine.com. The payment was made on friday, sept 11, 2020, however i have not received any mail or login credentials. Also i have not received any form for updation or job verification. I don't want to avail the services, so i would like a refund. Please find attached the screenshot of all the mails, the payment confirmations and the mails that were sent for follow up but were not replied to. I have not availed any services and neither do i intend to in the future. Was this information helpful? | |
