We have been watching that, a no of comolaints have been registered and no one is answering but customer satisfaction rating is increasing... How can it possible... Can any one provide the satisfactory answer. Are we satisfying customers those are complaining here... I have registered a complaint before a couole of days back and provide the mobile no also who is saying that you can get your money back by doing some thing... No one is replying the mail from shine. Con and m getting calls from various fraud stars, some ladies are also involved... Hope i can get the reply of my all complaints very soon else suggesting to avoid call when will listen the word shine.com...
