What a worst class fraud Mr. 'directorlucky' of Shining Star Shopping, WZ-26, A-8, GROUND FLOOR, RISHI NAGAR, RANI BAGH, NEW DELHI-110034, MOBILE NO - [protected]. Please add my complaint also to ur Consumer Complaint List against ur fraud service. I'm also one of the victims o[censored]r FRAUD GANG trapped om 18.09.2015 by ur NEHA ( as she told her name on my Cell ) who trapped me by saying that my Cell No, [protected] has been selected as Winner in an Electronic Draw & I have won a SONY XPERIA T2 ULTRA Mobile Phone which will be shipped to me through Postal Service & I have to pay only Rs. 2900/ which is kept for further promotion of the Business. I received the Parcel on 28.09.2015, paid Rs. 2900/ to the Post Office. When opened the box, I found some tiny worthless Statues of some Devi that is quite useless. Since that day I have been always following ur Customer Service Guy Mr. Guru which has been prevaricating me by promising to replace the Item with the Promised one. His 1st promise was 04.10.2015, 2nd was 10.10.2015, 3rd was 17.10.2015 & 4th was 23.10.2015. I have been dialed on ur Cell No. [protected] more than 25 times during 23.10.2015 to 24.10.2015 but nobody is picking up the call. Agar Dasshera par aap ke man ka Ravan jal gayaa ho to apne is Thag-vyawhaar wale Business ke baare men jaroor sochna. Jis din aap ke Paap ka ghadaa bhar jaayega us din aap ka Lok & Parlok donon Nark ( Hell ) ban jaayenge. Akhil;esh Singh
