I have used other transportation services for intercity transportation of my car. This time i thought to try this startup and had a really bad experience.
Below are the problems i had to face:
1. These people lost track of my car and gave me false information that it has reached the destination. I had to personally track my vehicle by calling the vendors.
2. I received the vehicle in a really bad condition. I even had to get the interior cleaned and the odometer and speedometer sensors were also disconnected.
3. I received the car 8 days after the date of delivery mentioned in the tracking mail. I was not even given any intimation of where my car was for the last 8 days. Upon asking for the contact of the management of the company to explain about this situation and complain about few of their emoloyees the executives disconnected my call. They (Shipler.in executives) even stopped picking up the call.
4. The process by which these people bring the car is really pathetic. The vedor accepted that there was no proper channel of transportation. Was this information helpful? |
