I've been waiting for my order from 30.04.2024 to 08.04.2024, and despite numerous calls to address the issue, they have only offered false reassurances. Now they're suggesting I cancel the order and reassign, which is incredibly unprofessional and irresponsible, not to mention a waste of time. Shiprocket — Selling duplicate chinese smart watches in the name of crossfit

I have ordered one CrossFit smart watch having order id #34634 and it is delivered by DELHIVERY courier(awb No#[protected]) . It is the not the original CrossFit product. It is a cheap Chinese product . No response from the Customer Service.
