Its almost more then a week i have applied regarding the insurance claim of my new accidental vehicle having ADD-ON insurance. the employee [amit pandey] from shivnath hyundai raipur telibandha branch had insulted me infront of many citizens and emeployees. mr. pandey shoutingly and very agressively ordered me to deposit cash or cheque against my accidental vehice repairing amount even after aceepting all the doccuments related to my vehicle's ADD-ON INSURANCE POLICY. further mr. pandey acknowledged me that one of his higher authority MR. MALKHAN SINGH asked him to vaccant up the space occupied by the accidental vehicle. one of the employee MR. AVINASH SINGH from MAGMA INSURANCE, ZAIKA AUTOMOBILES has been appointed as the surveyour to look after the claim related issues of my vehicle, is not responding at all to the matter, also MR.SINGH is very non co-operative regarding any of the queries. accident date 25.jan.2021 claim applied date 25.jan.2021 complaint date 02.feb.2021 vehicle registration no.
