dear sir,

sub: non installation of machineries even after 6 years – reg.

I am rama gopal from rg water industries, visakhapatnam..

We want to brie[censored] of our greviance from last six years which we have faced continously.

Sir, we purchased one bottling filling machine, one ozonator, one blow mould machine and moulds from your organisation...Even after we paid the amounts for the machinery...The machinery was not supplied even after repeated requests and reminders.

Later they supplied one by one and last they supplied the moulds also.

As we werent sure of getting installation, we have informed your people that we would pay the installation amount after the installation is done.

Later after few months...One gentleman mr. Anjaneyulu(mobile no: [protected]) and other gentle man mr.Murali([protected]/[protected]) claiming them as service engineers of shivsu have taken amount of 60, 000/- from us for installation of both machinery.
After taking the money, , they werent lifting our phones and repeatedly messaging us they are struck somewhere in the field.

Later i called up twice or thrice to your office to inform our greviance and problem...Unfortunately no proper person was responding.

We humbly request with folded hands that kindly take responsibility and please kindly instal the both the machinery as we are paying high interests to the bank which we have taken loan from them..

Until now not even the machinery is installed...We dont know when we can earn on this machinery.

Please provide us your direct mobile number and kindly instruct somebody to do the installation please.

We have sent twice our person to your factory...But he wasnt even allowed inside and at the security small room...He was kept sitting and some person came and answered that no responsible person is available.

Sir, we would provide all the communication we have done earlier and the payments we have paid.

Kindly take immediate action enabling us to get the machinery installed at the earliest.

Signed the purchase order 2 years back. Have paid them 90 percent of the amount. Have not delivered the machines completely and delivered machine is idle for a year without installation. Now they don't pickup the calls or respond to emails. Worst company.

Save yourself. Don't even think about doing any business with them. They have zero ethics. They take your money and will not deliver or even install the machines that they send. Stay clear of them or any of the other subsidiaries that they have created to fool people.

Other people in the same business warned me before I placed the purchase order with them. I didn't listen to them. I fell for the sweet talks of Sushil Eshwaran. Don't do the same mistake that I committed. I can give you references of other people who have the same feedback as mine.

Shivsu is one of the company started to spoil indian name and to kill the costumers I am writting this to inform that the above mentioned company which claims to be one of the leading water treatment company, how harashes clients.

They have the sytem of taking 100% payment and promise that the machines will be dispatched within 24 hours of the payment. they group of company like

Shivsu is one of the company started to spoil indian name and to kill the costumers

I have paid 100% money to shivsu for 2000 lph ro, 30 bpm filling m/c, 600 bph pet blowing machine

But supplied machine gives only 300 lph out put.in blowing machine only 300 to 400 bottles we are getting.

In filling machine 30 to 40 % bottle damage, i have complainted to company 2 month back till my problem not solved.

My only request please don't buy any machines from shivsu

They don't know how to treat customers, how to make service and after collecting payment how to behave (For md also).

I have brought machines from china that gives very good result and also best price, quality wise much (5000%) better than shivsu.

I am Rajesh Verma.K from Chennai. I have placed Order on Shvisu Canadian Clear on 15th jan 2016 and released an Advance Payment by Cheque No.000013 (Hdfc Bank) dated

15th jan 2016 for Rs.6, 50, 000/-
They have offered to deliver the plant within 60 days. However I have not got the plant by the deadline. I have approached the supplier Shivsu Canadian Clear and asked

for delivery of the equipments. Based on the discussions I have made full payment as per their Proforma Invoice No.01568 dated 18th jan 2015 vide my Cheque No.000013

dated 15th jan 2016 drawn on Hdfc Bank for Rs.6, 50, 000/-.

After receipt of payment, Shivsu Canadian Clear dispatched the equipments. I have received the equipments and requested the supplier Shivsu Canadian Clear to send

their servicing team to install and commission the equipments. However shivsu has not send their team for installation of the equipments as per their promise. The

delay in installation of the equipment has caused me a little tension for me and after some follow-up with the supplier Shivsu Canadian Clear has deputed their

Servicing personnel and installed the equipments. The equipments were commissioned and test and trial run has been made by the team.

Hi,

this is to inform you that i worked all most 3 year with this company & give my honest service to them evenafter this i found these people are even not fair to there employee
they cheat on my salary .

This company did't give my salary of 1-1/2 months ( Sept'12) along with my pending Tour Amount & Local Conveyance. ( Amount approx. 45,000/-)
Even after given a detailed mail to Mr.Shiv ( Director) & Mr. Somu (VP) and after calling them no. of time. No one listen me.i am totally helpless these jerk digest my salary.

all are fraud .
" The company who is not fare to their employee must immediately be banned to run their Business in india."

Here by i am request you to plz do not deal with this company in any ways.

order given to Shiv Su canadian Crystal Clear water Chennai on 13th Dec 2008 with 100, 000 INR advance on the commitment that the commercial production will start in Feb end. Full 100% payment taken on 6th April 2009 but today is 27th June and they have only supplied 60% worth of machines. Since last 20 days I have been following up with their directors but no result or positive response.

Its has really become a nihgt mare...

I am writting this to inform that the above mentioned company which claims to be one of the leading water treatment company, how harashes clients.

I placed my order on 13th Dec 2008 and they had commited that the project will start commercial production by end of Feb 09. we made the payment on 6th April but till 22nd April no machines were sent. The people for installation also are not there. My prject has been delayed by moe than 3 weeks now only due to their negligence.
