Shobhit University — My original marksheet not get

Hello sir, my name is vandana maurya. I have passed my graduation in 2015 in b. Sc science.. I got only scan copy of my marksheet.. And i have no idea thats fake or true. When i mail to your website then always got a msg like send your documents, i sent my docments but my problem not resolving,,,, plz sir do something,, n mail me [protected]@gmail.com,,, kindly msg me how will i get my marksheet,.. And i spoke to my counsellor but she said i done my all payment to university but university not responding anything to her and always give her excuses,, plz sir i am requesting you resolve my problem,
