Shobhit University — not yet received bca course completion certificate

This is lakshmipriya from coimbatore, i have studied bca (Distance education) in your university and the course is completed in year of (2015) but stili haven't received the completion certificate. We are trying on every bases we are not getting proper response and the university branch coimbatore is closed, where i studied so i could not collect inputs.. Kindly do as need possible and send as completion certificate as soon as possible, its very emergency and here with i am enclosing the mark sheet which is given from your university for your kind reference. We are shifting to chennai so please send the original certificate by courier for this address..
