Dear sir/madam, I am from assam and have completed my b. Sc and got the provisional certificate and marksheet. But did not get the original certificate yet. My last exam appearance was 2013. I filed rti two times but not recieved any reply from university. Without original certificate i am facing many problems like some institute reject my pg application, they asked about certificate authentication. Please look into this matter. Please tell me what is the procedure to collect original M. A. Certificate if candidate is unable to come physically.
