Shobhit University — Original Certificate not yet sent

Dear sir,

I graduate in 30 october 2015 from shobhit university but i didn't received my provisional and degree i was applied for my provisional certificate at my study center in oct 2015 but i neither receive my provisional certificate nor degree .

Kindly resolve it.

I, Md Neyaz Ansari passed BA from your respective university from its distance mode in 2014. The problem is this study center sent me mark sheet issued by shobhit University in 2014 end. The center is in sonypath. But I have been asking for my original certificate for two and half years and he is just saying university is not issueing any degree certificate now. My patience has come to die. I wonder how long it take to issue original certificate after passing the exam. Not only i but almost all find mark sheet worthless without original certificate. I have to go to overseas and for original certificate I have been waiting for last two and half years.
