I have booked the trip for date 28th to 4th of may. The trip was canceled due to covid 19 and airlines are ready to refund the amount. So i raised the refund request to the airline but my ticket was booked through shoesonloose team so the airline canceled my refund request and asked me to connect with the travel agent.
Now i am continuously taking follow up from shoesonloose but they are not refunding my amount or asking me to connect with the airlines.
Attached the images where the airline is asking to connect with the travel agent. Including the amount which i paid to shoesonloose.
