I have booked holiday package for Thailand 05.04.2020, Due to COVID pandemic all international travels were banned by Government of India so I requested to travel company for cancellation and refund, company acknowledged my request and but till date now I have not received my refund amount, even though they are not replying my repeated mails and calls .Here I attached the payment detail that has been done by me to travel company.
