Dear all i had purchase online mobile phone i ball company on dated 16 jan. 2016. After twelve days there was occurred a problem in handset. Then i complaint to customer care. They told send the mobile at muktsar branch, but no action can be taken at muktsar. They told there is no imei no bill and without imei no, iball company cannot take any action. Now i am fully harassed. Please take any action as soon as possible and replace my handset. Thanks & regards dr. Paramjit singh malout, distt.
