During the month of November 2016 I purchased one Smarts X2 through your company. Ever since I purchased, it's key board is not at all working. Further it's voice mechanisms are not working. With an idea of returning it, I enquired with some courtier companys and none was interested to accept for courting the same tablet. Please advise me as regards what I should do.
