Ref # PH011039 I am very disappointed with the quality and service you are providing. 1) it reaches us in 10 days where it should be 4 days as committed. 2) The product is received in broken condition. Complain lodged at customer care on the 3rd and still there is no response from the star CJ team. I need refund for the amount as soon as possible. My order no is [protected] I have order a Beauty Miracle Kit on 18 March 2016 but Its manufactured Date is year 2012 and its expiry date year is 2015 and you have send me the expired dated product.
I am very disappointed with the quality and service you are providing.Complain lodged at customer care on the 20th March and many times from that date and still there is no response from the STAR CJ TEAM. I have also complained at at ARAMEX your courier partner but they are also not responding in any way. (There product no is [protected])
You please look into this matter as early as possible and deliver me the new product by taking away your expired dated product which is still with me and which is unused by me.
Otherwise I need refund for the amount as soon as possible or I would make complaint against your at CONSUMER COURT. It seems like you are making a compromise on the quality standards.
