I want a refund on this product...
I ordered euroclean vacuum cleaner on april 24th (Order no. [protected]) and received the order on april 28th. I immediately tried it out and found it to be overheating within 5-7 minutes. It was so hot that it became impossible to hold it in my hands. Obviously, a vacuum cleaner should not be heating up so fast or otherwise it will be impossible to do any house cleaning which can take 20 minutes or more to clean a single room. So i called up shopcj customer care the same day, april 28th evening, whereupon i was few phone numbers for eureka forbes to contact them for service. I tried those numbers without any success and in fact got more phone numbers from those phone calls. So, on april 29th i called up shopcj customer care again and asked them to replace my product. The cc executive whom i talked to told me that i will get the replacement within 2 days. But next day i got a call from another cce who gave me few more phone numbers for eureka forbes to call up and deal with my problem. This drama is still continuing, but i am neither able to connect to eureka forbes (No response to the newest phone numbers,[protected] and[protected] nor shopcj cces are giving me proper response.

Of note, while this product was being aired, the presenters announced that eureka forbes representative will come to your home for a proper demo. When i asked about this to one of eureka forbes numbers, i was informed that they provide demo before you purchase a product, not after. How convenient. Now shopcj has not been able to replace the product or provide a home demo so far. So i want them to recollect the product from me and refund me the entire amount as i am neither satisfied with the product nor with their services.
