[Resolved] Shop CJ Network — Manufacturing defect in the sunflame 4 burner

We have ordered a sunflame 4 burner gas from shop CJ and it has a manufacturing defect wherein one burner plate is unstable due to which we are not able to use it. After lodging several complains they route to the company (sunflame). And, as per them the replacement product is not available . Why should we suffer in such cases. It's been more than 25 days. Are these products not quality checked by the companies ???
I need a proper attention and appropriate action against them. This is not done.
