[Resolved] Shop CJ Network — Miss style | |||||
I ordered miss style shaver last month when I got the order when I open to check ur product was not working I called ur customer care team and get it replaced however when I got the replacement charger was not working when again I called up ur customer service they told me they cannot do anything as I need to speak to the manufacturer... I told him y should I call them as I have purchased the item from shop cj...he mention I will get a call back in 48 hours when I told him I want to speak to some one now he mention no one is here and disconnected the call on me... Is this u called a customer service and now my product is not working at all... Because o[censored]r channel I lost my money...kindly look into this Was this information helpful? | |||||
