[Resolved] Shop CJ Network — my money has not been refunded yet | |
I have bought a product i. E. A haandi set with a offer buy 10 get 10 free. The product was delivered on 4th of august 2017. The product was damaged, one of haandi's handle was broken. I complaint to the channe, they replaced it, but the problem was same, i complaint again n asked to refund the money they told me about the shopcj points. First i agreed but later i told them to return my money n given them my bank details also, n also whenever i used to call them for asking the status of problem the executive of your's used to put me hold or disconnect my call by saying "we r transferring ur call to r senior".
