[Resolved] Shop CJ Network — Not receiving complaint no as well as payment against faulty item back | |||||
Dear sir, I had purchased valnetine jewelry collocation by glowira from shop cj under invoice no chm0129482 and order id [protected] but the item is not delivered on or before valentine then also we had accepted the item cash on delivery while courier boy come to delivery we had asked to open the courier and after checking we will pay so courier boy didn't allow to open before payment so we told him we will pay and then wait in front of you we will check the product so he is not ready to stay and after receiving payment he left when we open the box we seen that the damage item is in the box so we call on customer care and then they pick up the item and after 15 days they again send the other courier so again we asked courier boy to stay but he refused and after delivery he run away. When we open the box we seen that what ever item we had hand over out of that two items are less and inside the courier cover the box is not is seal pack condition and it is in open condition so again we call on customer care no but the executive didn't ready to log the complain and not ready to give even complain no. And after so many times phone calls one executive had told with in 48 hours your items has been pick up and you will be receive your money from the pick up boy who will be come for pick up but then also more than 96 hrs has been passed but still no body came so we again call and talked on customer care and then finally today courier boy come to pick up the material but not came with money so again we call and asked on customer care but no body is giving me proper response so kindly guide me how can i get back my money.
