Shop CJ Network — payment refund

This is humble submission that i had reversed the order parcel due to defect in size of the order about six month back. It was promised to reverse the payment by customer care but still that due amount has not been paid. The detail is below

Presently the applicant is not attended properly by shop cj, which bothered to fill suit against the company within 20 days notice. The applicant himself is in legal profession in punjab & haryana high court, chandigarh. The whole responsibility will be of company with additional amount of harassment /legal process.
