[Resolved] Shop CJ Network — product delivery and refund issue | |||
My order no is [protected] order date is 2-oct-2017, amt paid 2300-/. I ordered a stainless steel bottle set from shop cj. Delivery date was within 5 working days. But they extend that date upto 8-9 woking days. After that they didn't deliver my product and after 2 days they said that product has been cancelled due to some issue. And they didn't inform me about this cancellation, when i called customer care to know about my product then they told me about cancellation of product. When i told about my money refund then they again said that we will discuss about that in 3-4 working days. What's that? It's so disappointing. One thing i want to say that shop cj services are worst. I will never purchase anything from shop cj. They didn't forward my call to their seniors when i complain about my order. That was my first experience with shop cj and was so bad. So disappointing. : ( Was this information helpful? | |||

Product has been picked up on 21/9 by Delhivery courier . i have provided my bank details many times through mail and phone. but i have not got my refund. kindly provide me my refund asap otherwise i will approach consumer court. and i have all recordings, mails and courier receipt.
