[Resolved] Shop CJ Network — Refund delay | |||||
I ordered product (bill no.[protected] & order no. [protected]) on 26.05.2016 and i returned that product on 16.06.2016 because that was defected product. i have complained 20 times for my refund. i[censored] people cant make refund possible then shut down the company because you are making consumers fool. the customer care executive don't even know how to talk with customer. I have booked 10 bedsheet before 1 month.today i received my parcel but the issue is that i booked 10 bedsheet.but which parcel of bedsheet i received today that the colour of bedsheets is different which is not match the colours which i choose and quality also different pls return this parcel.and refund my money 3248
