Delivered wrong product repeatedly and customer care executives are not trained enough to take proper order. Complain pertaining to order number [protected] and [protected]. There is delay in making refund. Few Customer care executives are utterly ill mannered!
I order blue colour mattress protecter from star cj but receive white colour. ...maine unhe complain bhi ki ...mujhe wrong colour receive huya please exchange kar do...but kitni baar call karne par koi response nahi diya ...mein 9 August se complain kar rahi hu...abhi tak product exchange nahi kiya or na hi pic up kiya
