[Resolved] Shop CJ Network — worst return policy | |||||
I ordered an lg microwave tentatively on 20th november thinking it to be a grill microwave how ever i received a solo microwave and it was no where mentioned by your customer care representatives of it being a solo microwave. I immediately opted to return it. Its been more than 7 working days i registered my complaint nobody from your side is coming for pick up and when ever i call they give lame excuses, everyday day they tell me that it'll take more 7-10 days. This is by far the worst online shopping company i have come across because all others have much better and easy return policy.
