[Resolved] Shop CJ — Spice xlife pro 12.7cm android mobile | |||||
I received my product spice mobile from shop cj on 3 sept 2016. On checking it, i find the mobile having internally damaged. So, on the same day i register my complaint to shop cj asking it to exchange my mobile. This matter goes continuously since one week. Finally, shop cj operator provide me a date to exchange my mobile on 19 sept 2016. So i believe that my mobile now has been changed but no this is not happen. Shop cj operator call me again asking the same thing that i am told us since from one week. So finally i call shop cj asking them that my problem has been solved or not. They said our operator call me and again asking "what happen in my mobile?" that i already told us. This is the first time bad impact from shop cj which i am not expecting.
