Shop Clues — Payment taken by company but product not deliver yet and not responding

Respected Sir /Madam . I have ordered Skyline VT-7011 Coffee Maker (QTY:1) by shop clues .com, The product not delivered yet . Order id - 64476806 timing :-09 Aug 2015, 05:33 AM, Expected delivery date :-17/08/2015...tracking number of shipment -EV[protected]IN by India post ...I have already email to shopclues.com several times to refund my money or send my product as soon as possible but they are always answering wait 24-48 hrs . they did even call me for it, I have already paid product cost-Rs.799 and Shipping Cost : Rs.199, They are making me fool while making call at customer care of shopclues.com, This is my request with you, please penalized them and give me proper resolution for it, I will never buy any product with shopclues.com in future, This is my first times where I get frustrated with their service .I am annoyed much because I have already paid for it .
